Support Tickets exist to help our clients overcome obstacles to fulfilling and achieving results through their program scope of work. All support must be related to a tactic or tool within the program not functioning as it should.

Requirements

Submission requires a Loom recording or step-by-step screenshots so we can clearly see, replicate, and solve the issue. If these requirements are not met, support may be declined or incur billable hours for time spent on research.

Work Requests

Work Requests are in-scope tasks that align with our program and enhance the work we’re doing. Work Requests must always complement program-related work, and are never unrelated to the program.

Requirements

Requests must be submitted with proper notice. Turnaround time estimates are based on the assumption that all required assets have been provided by the client.

Video Production

  • Purpose: Edit videos for your campaigns.

  • Limit: 3 per 30-day period

  • Turnaround: 5 business days

New Special Offer

  • Purpose: Offer your audience a new deal.

  • Limit: 1 per quarter

  • Notice: 14 business days pre-release

  • Turnaround: 7 business days

Event Promotion

  • Purpose: Get RSVPs for live or online events.

  • Limit: 1 per month (subscribed clients only)

  • Notice: 6 weeks pre-event

  • Turnaround: 7 business days

Reactivation Campaign

  • Purpose: Re-engage leads and customers.

  • Limit: 1 per quarter

  • Notice: 14 business days pre-release
